3 weeks agoNovo Cabs is far from being a professional car rental service. I had two bad experiences in the last week. I booked a cab for my family while I was in Delhi and got the details of the car and driver on the app. While obviously I was of the impression that the cab picked up my family to my utter surprise, some other cab with a different driver picked my wife, of whom I had no information. A complete stranger was sent to pick my wife. So the information gets leaked in the app or is leaked by the handlers. Today I again booked a cab from airport to my home. The fair shown was 360-390, to my surprise the driver charged me 450. When I complained I was told that the first right turn is closed at court crossing Moominabad (which by the way remains closed all day and is opened after 8), that’s why the hike in fair. Please be careful while booking a Novo cab. They can share your information to others and charge you unfairly.

8 months agoYou cannot rely on their services. Booked a cab for airport and driver never showed up. Other driver accepted the ride and already had another passenger in the car. Tried to contact the manager and he never answered the call. Sad to see these home bound services are bad.

8 months agoVery bad experience I booked my ride and at the time of booking it showed me ₹240-310 . And then once we reached our destination they changed their rates to ₹460 . Which is a huge difference. I honestly recommend not to book this app . I tried to talk to the call desk they were so rude n disrespectful. Will never book it again .

2 years agoRiding experience was good. First the ride showed 300 but after completing ride it showed 350. After paying the entire amount i contacted their customer service support team, they refunded me the extra charged amount. The customer service executive was good and polite 10/10 stars for her

a year agotoday I travel from safe kadal to lalbazar.they are thieves, firstly they are showing one price and after dropping out at destination they are charging 70rs more.. and this is not the first time, they are doing it dialy basis.. I wish authority take a strict action against them
