Reliable - I never thought i will get a cab so easily like this just searching from google. I found the service very reliable. Mansi has good connects with taxis and helped us get a cab on short notice from Jammu to Katra. Checked multiple times through driver whether everything is good as we did nit have post paid sim. We also took can for return. Overall journey was smooth, without a hassle, and convenient. At Jammu airport, there was a person holding a board with my name so it was very easy to find the driver through them. Thanks Mansi, Jaswinder, Karan, Rajendar and sukhdev ji.

I'm writing this candid review after nearing the completion of my 8-night/9-day trip with Maa Vaishno Devi Travels. The Positive Experience: Initially, I had an excellent experience working with Mansi Gupta, which prompted me to give this agency 5 stars. The trip itself went very well, thanks to the outstanding driver, Lalit Gupta (who happens to be Ms. Gupta's relative). Mr. Lalit was professional, skilled, and made my journey comfortable and memorable. The Disappointing Turn: Unfortunately, what started as a great experience became overly transactional by the end - something many NRIs and international travelers find off-putting. Unlike the Western practice of paying after service completion, I found myself pressured to make payments on terms that weren't clearly communicated upfront but were only revealed once the trip was underway. The Final Straw: Toward the end of the trip, with only a small balance remaining (equivalent to about $100 USD - essentially the cost of a grocery run for most Americans), I was followed up by Ms. Gupta in a manner that felt mistrustful. The irony was striking: while she was insisting I collect money from the driver for food expenses (after I had graciously offered him shelter in a suite in my rented house during a storm), there was no acknowledgment of this generosity. Instead, there was persistent pressure to settle the remaining balance before trip completion, as if I might abscond with this modest amount on my way back to the US (in a business class flight). Final Thoughts: I've deducted two stars because this experience was genuinely saddening and I wished it to end well. As an NRI visiting my motherland, encountering such a purely transactional approach - where financial concerns overshadow basic courtesy and trust - creates hesitation about using such services again. This is particularly unfortunate because Mr. Lalit Gupta is an excellent driver whom I would have loved to book for future Himalayan trips and recommend to friends. The agency may have some good operational capabilities, but improving their approach to customer relations - especially with international clients - would enhance the overall experience especially for those clients who like transparency, and want to be treated with respect by the business owner.

Highly recommend. Mansi gupta was really helpful and arranged for a cab for us immediately after our train got cancelled. The best part was that the cab was new, driver bhaiya very well behaved too. Thank you for the great service.

Had a wonderful experience with Maa Vaishno Devi travels on my trip from Delhi to Amritsar. The journey was smooth, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the driver Mr. Lalit was very polite and professional he has very good knowledge of Amritsar.
