6 months agoThe experience is pretty bad. The delivery agent doesn't know how to talk. Bhusan kumar at Samba office Jammu started misbehaving on phone. They should be trained as a delivery agent, else the company sud stop its operation of they can't train their staff.

5 months agoWorst delivery service. They asked me to come to a different location to pick my courier which was 4km away from my home address. When I asked that I have paid for home delivery the guy said "Dekh lo agar package chaiye toh hum waha to ni aa skte" when I asked why you even accept order if you can't deliver he replied "mere se thodi karaya hai, jis se karaya hai usko bolo. I wonder how these clowns are even allowed to run a business.

7 months agoDo not deliver the order on time. Also they are not at all genuine. Zero rating for customer service
