3 months agoMy parcel was not delivered despite my multiple attempts to follow up. I contacted your customer service team on several occasions but received no resolution or meaningful response. Furthermore, I was never contacted by the delivery personnel, nor did I receive any update regarding the status of my package. This lack of communication and service has caused significant inconvenience. Given this experience, I am compelled to rate the service 0 as it falls far below the expected standards of reliability and customer care.

12 months agoBlueDart has the worst delivery services in Jammu. How they cheat on receivers is pathetic. My product was supposed to be delivered on 2nd of December and its 9th of December today, I have not received it yet. On my constant calling to the sender party, according to them, they have escalated the issue, one day I received a call from delivery boy and he told me that he will deliver the parcel today. He never showed up and I also received an email and SMS on 7th of December, stating that the product is out for delivery, but it has not been delivered till today. Don't deserve this one star as well, but there is no option for zero rating. Horrible management and services!
