a year agoI wish there was an option for negative rating because they are worst than that! 7 days since they recieved the package at facility and not even a single call yet. Don't providing any contact for the enquiry proves how disgusting their professionalism is and they definately should not be managing this service of DTDC in Srinagar. WORST PEOPLE
