Blue Dart Express Limited

My parcel reached the BlueDart office about three weeks ago, and there has been absolutely no action taken since. I even visited the office personally, but the staff's behavior was extremely unprofessional. When I asked about my parcel, they completely ignored me for nearly 10 minutes and didn't bother to respond. When they finally did, the only answer I got was, "I don't know." There was no effort to check or offer any help. This is by far the worst service I've ever experienced from a courier company. Completely disappointed with their attitude and lack of responsibility.

If there were an option to give zero stars, Bluedart would deserve it. My order has been marked “out for delivery” since October 25, and it’s now November 6 with still no delivery, no update, and no accountability. This isn’t a one-time issue. I’ve faced the same pathetic service before, and their staff even have the audacity to ask customers to collect parcels from their office. It is shocking how a company operating at this scale can be so careless, incompetent, and unapologetic. I’ve completely stopped ordering from websites that partner with Bluedart. Clearly, I’m not alone because there are hundreds of similar complaints from frustrated customers who have been treated with the same indifference. Bluedart’s operations amount to consumer harassment, and they should be legally held accountable for their repeated negligence and failure to deliver even basic service.

Pathetic staff. Definitely not helpful as if they are earning 10 lakhs per day… such people should be appointment anywhere. Definable ruining the company image.

I have never experienced this worst service from any other delivery company… My order reached the bluedart office near me on 26th of july and instead of delivering it to me they kept changing the delivery dates and when i visited to collect it by myself I got reply from a employee that we have issues delivering in that area and I told him why u guys are then taking the responsibilities to deliver he go told me go and ask the company on which I asked him the company pays to listen to customers query if they are facing any on which he replied bluedart company doesn’t pay me anything 🙃

Bluedart’s service is highly disappointing. Despite receiving my parcel several days ago, they failed to deliver it on time. Each time I contacted them, the excuse was that no delivery personnel were available that day. This not only reflects poor professionalism but also forces customers to collect parcels themselves from their offices. Completely unacceptable service.
