If there were an option to give zero stars, Bluedart would deserve it. My order has been marked “out for delivery” since October 25, and it’s now November 6 with still no delivery, no update, and no accountability. This isn’t a one-time issue. I’ve faced the same pathetic service before, and their staff even have the audacity to ask customers to collect parcels from their office. It is shocking how a company operating at this scale can be so careless, incompetent, and unapologetic. I’ve completely stopped ordering from websites that partner with Bluedart. Clearly, I’m not alone because there are hundreds of similar complaints from frustrated customers who have been treated with the same indifference. Bluedart’s operations amount to consumer harassment, and they should be legally held accountable for their repeated negligence and failure to deliver even basic service.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with Blue Dart's courier service. A parcel shipped from my office in Bangalore reached the Srinagar BlueDart outlet in just one day. However, it has now been stalled there for over six days, well past the expected delivery date. Despite assurances that you are "trying," there has been no delivery. This is, without a doubt, the worst service I have ever experienced.

I recently placed a few orders from different websites that unfortunately used Blue Dart as the delivery service. For all three orders, there was a significant delay. The delivery agent would answer calls, assure me he’d arrive shortly, but never actually showed up. On one occasion, I even had to go to the service centre myself just to collect my parcel. If deliveries to certain locations aren’t supported properly, why accept the orders in the first place without informing customers? This lack of transparency and reliability makes the experience extremely frustrating.

Worst currier in Kashmir. It has been 3 days since my parcel reached to them but I have received no msg no call from them. They delay it unnecessarily. I live in Lal chowk and their pathetic office is nearby somewhere still they don't deliver it on time. They should close their services in Kashmir, they do long delays in delivering parcels to the rural areas. Disgusting and irritating services.
