9 months agoI sincerely request all online shopping platforms not to use "Delhivery courier service" for deliveries in our area. The local Delhivery franchise is operated by fraudulent individuals who cancel or return large parcels that require auto transport. Their motive is to avoid the cost of delivering a single parcel. Instead, they delay shipments for 4 to 5 days, waiting to accumulate more large parcels from the same area to deliver them together in one trip.

a year agoWrost service, delivery boy misbehaived with us ..parcel not delivered even after taking OTP, delivery boy told me no parcel is there...he dont even know how to provide customer service

2 years agoTwo times our parcel was returned by this courier service and they updated the status that product was damaged during delivery so can't b delivered and canceled it. Worst worst courier service in India. Without any call they returned our product to seller.
