DTDC COURIER SERVICES

This alamgari bazaar courier service is extremely bad. The owner, Parvez, is very greedy and rude. He only talks nicely when he wants your money, and once you're done, he becomes a really mean person. I don't recommend this service to anyone. There are many other couriers that are better and not run by such a rude person.

Worst ever experience of my life with them. Arrogant illiterate people, very unprofessional. Qamar Ali was the delivery person's name who misbehaved miserably with me, he was so rude and I'll mannered stud. Asked me to collect it from the office rather than delivery it to my address. They lack work ethics. Their complaint helpline number is not working. Not recommended at all.

I had a pleasant experience with DTDC except for the fact that the cost was a bit on the higher side and that they had promised me delivery of article to Chennai from Kashmir within 3 days but it took 5 days but yes it had a Sunday in between....But I received a return package from Chennai to Kashmir within 3 days.... And Everything was in good condition even though it was a fragile article..... And for this I m giving them a 4 out of 5......

They are not having manners how to talk to the customers worst people ever seen like them .I m going to take an action against them
