DTDC Srinagar

I strongly advise everyone not to send any electronic items through DTDC. Their main focus is making money, they charge a high amount and make big promises, but in the end, they often damage your valuable items. This has happened to me twice. In one case, they fixed a broken part using Fevikwik, which shows how careless and unprofessional they are. My PS5 box was opened, and my air fryer was broken and glued back together. They discourage you from taking insurance, claiming that their packaging is secure, but when things get damaged, you’re left with no way to claim compensation because you didn’t get the insurance. Let me say it again: do not ship your items with DTDC.

Very disappointed as my engagement date was today on 24 May 25 but didn't recieve my parcel,as they promised me that they will deliver it today by any how💔

I sent my 3 boxes of luggage from Srinagar to Kolkata. Reached in 3 days. Service was superfast and employees were super helpful in terms of packaging , managing details and other services. Great job. If anyone sends a courier from Srinagar, choose this DTDC only.

Parcel was with them for one week, and I myself had to collect it and they even don’t have a number here where one can call them. It was just 1km away from my office where they had to deliver it.

I recently had the pleasure of using DTDC Srinagar for my delivery needs, and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, their service was exceptional, making them deserving of this glowing review.
