Hahah..shame on you ecom...i have ordered bath pool for kid.But your delivery boy namely Majid said I have to collect it from office,as I have given extra money for home delivery.... totally denied to deliver.... extremely bad service I suggest people of sopore and baramulla kindly complaint against BCoM sopore to shut down their office.

The delivery boy is so rude namely Faisal wani from sopore branch he abusedme he don't have manners he don't know how to talk with a girl give him some training and teach him manners and how to talk with a girl I m sure he would talk to his mother and sister like that Zaleel ghr ka zaleel ladka insan bolna isko galat hoga .

I had the worst experience with them. Staff is completely mannerless and they have a very rude and arrogant attitude. Need to really improve upon their communication skills. And they need to stop thinking that they are doing the world a favour, by doing what basically is their job.

Ecom Express is a shipping service of India which handles all the major orders from Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon etc. (Depending upon the sellers choice of shipping the product). This place has a large amount of space for keeping the orders coming. Located in the ground floor itself you can just easily navigate to this place. If you have any order placed and want to quickly get it received please do come before 11 AM then during winters and during summers be ready there before 9 AM. P.S they (Ecom Express Sopore) deliver on its own and therefore no need to visit but Still if you have any plans for outings and want to receive it quick, just visit the place and ask for the order. They'll hand over the order with some identity proof check at the same time. P.S don't forget to bring along any ID proof so as to receive the order manually.
