I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by DTDC Courier. They charged me ₹250 for priority delivery, but my parcel was lost in transit. When I tried to escalate the issue, they didn't even bother to pick up my calls. It was only after I reached out to the General Manager that my issue was resolved, and my parcel was located. The customer service team's unprofessional behavior and lack of responsiveness were appalling. For the premium price I paid, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, DTDC failed to deliver on their promises. Avoid using their services if you value your time and money.

This is one of the best courier service whether it is a small parcel or a full truck load, I have been transporting through them since 3 years and honestly saying had no problem and it is totally hassle free service. They even pick up from your location. You just need to make sure item is packed properly rest leave up to them. 5 star ⭐ service. The staff is very well educated n well mannered. I wish them good luck all the time.

Excellent service for international and domestic... warm welcome and good customer service with tracking deatils given and even we can call them and verify our parcel location too..Office located in the best place of the country as it is covered by snow in winter. Must try once

The courier company's professionalism and efficiency were evident throughout the entire experience. My package was picked up and delivered on time, without any delays or complications. The delivery personnel were courteous and handled my package with care, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition.

The timings in google says 9am the shop opens So reached gere at 9.15am Have been calling the phone number mentioned on google and on the board. But no response. Whatsapped them asking what time they open, but again no response They should change the timings in google. Or atleast respond
