After gathering public complaints, verifying facts, and sending a formal complaint backed by proof, I received a response from their team. The ATL also reached out to confirm that the root of the problem lies in the mismanagement by certain delivery personnel in our district. This problem had been silently affecting many for years - fake delivery attempts, delays, and unprofessional behavior were normalized. But I refused to accept that silence. Had there been no resolution, I was prepared to escalate this legally through a consumer court. Because when our parents work hard to earn every rupee, we deserve honest service in return - and not just for ourselves, but for everyone in our community. This is not just a personal success.
