3 years agoGood service you will not allowed to enter without mask .very polite workers they deal with customers very politely. They do not compromise with the security of customer . In my case I forget my screan password they ask complete details about product and confirm my identity that I am the owner of mobile phone after confirmation they agreed to unlock it even after that they took 24 hours

8 months agoServices are better but slow.. customer care is good. I observed that there is shortage of employees. Atleast four customers should be attended at a time on reception.that is why customers are waiting more than they expect.I hope that this issue will be resolved very soon. One thing more..there is only one contact Number of Land Line phone..sometimes it is belling but nobody is attending and sometimes it doesn't work. Please take an actionable note of this.

a year agoExperience was good. Staff was also co operative. Parvati Helped me a lot and guided me what I can do with my phone. Only problem i faced was, while waiting there is no toilet

a year agoGoogle, Is there any way by which I can rate zero star?? Worst customer support I have ever recieved.. extremely lethargic staff.. especially the manager Amit najaria - don't send the product for replacement. at times due to which delivery got delayed so much..
