a month agoXpressbees is by far the worst courier service I’ve ever dealt with. The delivery is unbelievably slow — my parcel has been stuck for over a month, and it hasn’t moved even an inch in the last 15 days. Their customer care is a joke. No accountability, no responsibility, and absolutely no intention of resolving issues. They only copy-paste scripted replies and close the case without offering any real help. If this is how a “professional courier” operates, then it’s a shame. Never trusting Xpressbees again, and I would strongly suggest others to stay away.

8 months agoDelivery man Aaqib dar is very rude and doesnt pick returned parcels which results in delay and hence we have to accept the parcel instead of return .

a year agoUnsupportive staff and worst delivery service. Neither delivery boys receive call, nor they deliver the parcels in our area as per address provided, all the times we have to request shopkeepers to receive our parcel. Very poor service from xpressbees
