Ecom Express

I am extremely disappointed with the courier services. They have consistently failed to deliver packages at the promised time, causing inconvenience and frustration. Additionally, their customer service is non-existent as they never answer any of our calls or respond to our messages. This level of irresponsibility and lack of accountability is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this courier service to anyone.

Although the place is good and there are huge stacks of goods. Unfortunately they have less man power as compared to their stock and is newly setup. So will take some extra time for delivering your parcels.

I have ordered lot of products online Other delivering companies are far better than 'ecom express' This is the worst company I have ever seen and especially their anantnag centre .....

Really great place. The best thing to visit is that, you can collect the parcel days before it should actually reaches you. Only problem is that the place isn't ideal to access. It took me about quarter an hour to figure out that I was just standing outside the place. A board with direction would have really helped.

Ecom delivers articles on time irrespective of the prevailing conditions in the town. The boys are energetic and dedicated. They deliver without any fail. I've received all the items till date on time and with a good human behavior.
