Absolutely Terrible Service – Shadowfax SEER Anantnag is a Joke! Shadowfax SEER Anantnag has proven to be completely incompetent and dishonest. My parcel reached their hub 5 days ago, and it is still lying there. They keep falsely claiming that I was “not contactable.” The truth? They called me only once and still failed to deliver the parcel. This is sheer negligence, incompetence, and total disrespect for customers. No professionalism, no accountability, just excuses and delays. Do not trust them with your parcels – using Shadowfax here is a guaranteed headache! Zero....

Worst courier service in Anantnag. Shadowfax is the most unreliable courier I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t understand why Flipkart continues to use them. They never deliver products on time. In fact, they marked my order as returned without even trying to deliver it. I called them multiple times—no one answered or responded. Another product arrived at their Anantnag hub 4 days ago, and they still didn’t send it out for delivery. I had to go there personally to collect it. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid using their services if you want peace of mind. Flipkart should stop assigning them for deliveries.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent delivery issue. My order was canceled without my consent, and when I tried to contact the delivery agent, he cut my call and did not respond further. I was available to receive the delivery and did not request any cancellation. This has caused me inconvenience and frustration. Please look into this matter urgently and let me know the reason for this behavior. I would also appreciate if the order could be reprocessed or the issue addressed appropriately.

Worst service , fake delivery attempt done . Even they will not receive the call number which has been provided. Pls I suggest wind up your business & instead spoiling names of big brands do begging .
