AM Tata Service – Jammu

I don't know if the reviews are given here while the tata staff is standing next to them but my experience is always awful and service staff is horrible and unskilled. They get the job done in a pathatic way and don't even address it. When you point it out, the senior always tries to enter the blame game, so it's a never ending cycle. I am avoiding buying a tata suv because of their service, I am so scared because If I am investing 20L for safari just to be disappointed by them .

I visited today at their service Centre for my Tata nexon service... Believe me they provide best service in jammu region... Everyone working over their are cooperative and listen customer problems and act accordingly. The mam sit over reception desk is very supportive and help to sort out any issue asap. Service Station of AM TATA Supwal is very conveniently located near me. All staff members are experienced, helpfull and cooperative especially Manager sir Mr Aman Sharma and Service Advisor Mr. Ajay Kumar. All issues with Service and Parts are solved by the AM TATA Supwal team efficiently. Everyone helps even on call. I am very satisfied with Services provided.
