a year ago❌❌Avoid this place at all costs.‼️ This is the worst KTM service center I've encountered. My experience was extremely disappointing. There was no sense of professionalism from the staff, and no SOPs were followed during the servicing of my bike. I had to personally instruct the technician on what and how to do the work. It felt like a local mechanic shop, yet they charged premium prices for subpar services. Despite spending around ₹4,000 for my Duke, the service desk couldn't even provide a proper bill, only giving me a handwritten note on A4 paper and promising to WhatsApp the details later (which they haven't till date). They didn't even cared to wash my bike & just parked my bike outside the service center with all oil & coolant smudges all over bike.

a year agoCorrupt employees tried to scam me by adding overpriced items to the bill. When I caught their scam and asked for a corrected bill, they refused and forcefully handed over the item mentioned in the inflated bill. The mechanics were also unprofessional; they scratched my 20-day-old bike and refused to admit their mistake. The Manager is nice person he took the responsibility.

Even with that much labour not satisfying the bikes condtion Person comes from far places to make the vehicle in good condition but agter servicing in this station they god another problem Not even the works do work from there hearts Very discasting Not acceptable
