They accepted to provide their services yday at 4:30pm and they dint bother to even call me or inform me that they won't be come. I tried calling them but no response, after 2.5 hrs a lady calls me and without being apologetic about the behaviour says "hum aapko coupon de denge" aaj bahot busy ho Gaye the. Screenshot attached. They even shared a coupon for 200/- off clearly mentioning on phone that because of the inconvenience caused they are sharing the coupon. I asked them to come next day morning for which a girl came and did her work professionally. I offered her water and asked if she needed anything else to be comfortable. Payment k waqt maine kaha kal mujhe coupon diya tha 200/- off tha. She called up her senior who refused to give discount saying it's for future services not for this one. After a lot of convincing she agreed and charged 200/- less from the total bill of 980/-. After around 1 hour I received a message saying I tried to redirect her beautician and offered her more income for her services which is a completely false accuse. Why would I pay her extra for same services- meri kya lagti hai wo? Message me ye bhi likha ki - aap kahin aur se services le lijiye. And blocked me. Mera Itna Lamba post likhne ka yahi MATLAB hai ki agar service provider ka job karte ho toh satisfaction aur promises Rakhna bhi seekho. Pehli Baar me Aisa experience - it was very shocking. Is hisaab se toh saare customers hi aapko bojh lagenge.
