a month agoVisited Nykaa on Trend store today! My first time visiting the Jammu store buying products. The staff was pathetic! The women staff there were only interested in doing their own touch up while the customers were standing. Trying to sell off expensive products and when asked for the sample Try me ones, everything was emptied there. Then the man standing on the billing counter, too laid back with zero customer centricity. Extremely judgemental staff, Highly disappointed with the hospitality offered by the staff there.
