Toni & Guy Jammu

I am extremely disappointed with the level of management and customer handling at Tony & Guy Jammu, particularly by the receptionist, Akriti. This is not based on a single incident but repeated experiences over the past few months. A few months ago, I had a pedicure appointment at 12:30 PM. I arrived within minutes, yet I was told the pedicurist had gone for lunch and would return in 5 minutes. I ended up waiting for nearly 20 minutes, after which I was suggested to continue with another pedicurist, which is unacceptable when an appointment has already been confirmed. I walked out that day because of the poor handling of the situation. Due to such mismanagement, I stopped visiting the salon. However, after a month, I decided to give Tony & Guy another chance and booked an appointment for a beard trim along with a head massage with a specific person. At the time of the booking, I was clearly told that the person was available. But once my beard trim was done, I was informed that the same person was now busy assisting with another service. Again, I was asked to take the service from someone else. If a person is booked for a service, how can they be made available for another client? It clearly shows that either appointments are not respected, or smaller services are being deprioritized compared to high-paying ones. This is not how a professional salon should treat its loyal customers. Repeated mismanagement, lack of coordination, and incorrect information being given at the time of booking reflect very poorly on the salon’s professionalism. Akriti, in particular, needs to handle appointments more responsibly and communicate clearly instead of overbooking or misguiding customers. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and expect Tony & Guy Jammu to seriously improve their customer service and appointment management.

Visited this place for Hair treatment & Botox on someone’s recommendation. Booking the appointment & discussing all the services from Canada itself was so smooth. Just one treatment of hair Botox turned into 7-8 services (Nail extensions, pedicure twice , waxing , threading , hair wash)because the entire staff was very welcoming & so respectful , also professionalism in their behaviour was so apt. Clean place , reminder call for the appointment! Highly recommended , if you’re looking for the place that gives you best treatment.

I am. Writing this review with great satisfaction. I was facing bad scalp issues and hair thinning. I had heard alot of complimemts about Toni&Guy jammu so i came here. The senior artist had a deep consulgation with me understanding all the issues and problems. He then suggested me hair treatment ( hair rituals) to me. After just 2 sittings today my hair and scalp feels back to life. I will say best experience and thankyou Toni&Guy Gandhi nagar. I am greatful and suggest to everyone .

A very good unisex salon providing excellent services, good ambience & maintaining good hygiene. They provide great hair spas in a very relaxing environment and I had the BEST manicure .My nails were buffed within an inch of their lives, and are so smooth and shiny. The lovely people working here really take their time on the manicure. And it looks fab. Highly recommend. Great choice of colours too. Must experience the wellness!

If you are looking for good services, with educated staff, a place with a vibe, this is the salon for you. My Hair consulation was good followed by keratin and highlights. The facials are so relaxing and my skin is glowing now. Thank you Toni&Guy Jammu.
