a month agoService provided was pathetic. Suggested bleach and facial darkened the skin. Waxing left a lot to be desired. This is the lowest standard I have come across. Billing was done wrong with services charged twice and service like hair trimming charged as hair styling. Sadly, even after telling them that the amount paid is more than the amount being shown on the bill, they have not been able to reconcile the amount. Also, they have the audacity to say that we will give you free service next time.

8 months agoVery unprofessional.pedicure done without any trained person, anyone and everyone behind a mask is deployed. pedicure is without heel scrubbing. Hair smoothing cream is left in the hair for 50 minutes because hair spa was combined with pedicure and manicure. In that bargain i am facing a vigorous hairfall.There was no one to wash hair . Scary 😱 last week's experience. Fascial can be given 2.5 stars. The rest room is very very unhygienic . Visit at your risk My only request is if you are short of staff , kindly not to give appointments. Value professional ethics than money This is a true review
