a month agoI’m extremely disappointed with my recent hair coloring experience at your salon. I had clearly explained the shade I wanted, but the final result looked nothing like what I asked for. The color turned out patchy, uneven, and much lighter than expected. On top of that, my hair feels dry and damaged after the treatment — something I didn’t expect from a professional salon. The staff seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to properly check the outcome before finishing. I’ve spent a lot of money, but I’m left unhappy with how my hair looks and feels. I had trusted your salon for quality service, but this experience was very disappointing. I hope you take customer feedback seriously and ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
