3 weeks agoHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT PANACHE AS A BRIDE! I’m a bride who booked my pre-bridal services at Panache on 26 October 2025, and even paid a ₹5,000 advance. My services were confirmed for 20 November at 11 AM — booked well in advance on 26 September. But today, 17 November at 3 PM, the owner Bhavna and the receptionist Anu called me and abruptly informed me that they would not be able to continue with my booking. Three days before my wedding services. No valid reason — just that they felt I had “trust issues” because of a disagreement they themselves created. For context: Yesterday, I did two party makeups with them. Anu had clearly communicated on 26 September that the price after discount was ₹2,500 each. Suddenly, they changed their words. Even then, I told them I had no issue paying, but it was unfair of them to alter the price they had confirmed. That apparently became their justification for cancelling my pre-bridal services. On top of that, I was asked twice by Bhavna to record a video after getting ready. I politely declined both times because I wasn’t comfortable — yet it was brought up again in a way that felt extremely unprofessional and intrusive. This hurted ego of the owner Bhavna and she cancelled my pre-bridal services on 20th- this is the professionalism!!!! 👏 I’ve been a loyal client for 10 years, and this is how a bride is treated? Last-minute cancellation, blame-shifting, and personal discomfort? After this experience, I am never returning to Panache and would not recommend this salon to any bride in Jammu. No one deserves this much stress so close to their wedding.

3 weeks ago⚠️ DONT BOOK PANACHE IF YOU ARE A BRIDE! ⚠️ If you politely decline being recorded, the owner takes it personally. If you ask a simple question about your service or share feedback, they cannot handle it professionally. A very non-professional salon experience. They cancelled my pre-bridal services just 48 hours before the scheduled day — 20th November — without a valid reason. This speaks volumes about the behaviour of the owner and the overall salon management. Think thrice before booking Panache for your bridal or makeup services. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Never returning back.
