He understood exactly what I wanted, gave perfect styling suggestions, and made sure every detail was on point. My haircut and finish were flawless — truly professional work!Also, a special mention to Jasim, the manager. He was extremely polite, well-organized, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The hairdresser(Faizal)did an amazing job with my hair — they listened carefully to what I wanted and gave great suggestions that suited my style perfectly. The results were even better than I expected. The manager(Jasim) was equally polite and welcoming, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. Both were very professional, friendly, throughout my visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for skilled service and warm hospitality!

6 months agoI had a very disappointing experience at Jawed Habib Salon in Rajbagh, Srinagar. The service was extremely time-consuming—I had to wait well beyond my appointment time, and there was no proper system in place to manage customers efficiently. What made it worse was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Instead of addressing concerns politely, they seemed indifferent and at times even rude. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. I expected better standards from a brand like Jawed Habib, but unfortunately, this branch did not deliver.
