6 months agoWorst Experience Ever – Felt Completely Cheated! I booked a home service yesterday because I have a small baby and can’t go to the parlour. I checked this parlour’s reviews online, but clearly, they were misleading. First of all, the waxing was extremely painful – especially the underarms. It felt like my skin was ripped off! I’ve never experienced such pain during waxing. The bikini wax was just okay, The facial was a total scam. She charged me ₹4000 for a facial that showed zero results. No glow, – absolutely nothing. I’ve had facials before, and this was just a money grab. After that came the worst pedicure I’ve ever seen. I don’t even know what she did – it didn’t feel like a pedicure at all. Woh bol rahi thi – Aapke toh cuticles hi nahi hain, kuch karne jaisa bhi nahi hai’ – toh phir pedicure ka paisa kis baat ka liya? And then, the most shocking part – she told me, Ma’am, if you come to the salon, I’ll do it properly.” What kind of nonsense is this? I booked a home service because I have a baby and can't step out. If you can't do quality service at home, why even offer it? You took full payment, then give proper service. Don’t make excuses! And on top of that, she kept saying, Agar mujhse koi galti ho gayi ho toh maaf kar dena. She knew very well I was going to write a review, that’s why she was trying to act innocent and beg for forgiveness in advance. Clearly shows she knows how bad the service was. This was the worst beauty service experience of my life. I feel completely scammed. Absolutely NOT recommended!
