a year agoI wouldn't recommend this salon for bridal makeup. The makeup artist selected a foundation shade too dark for my complexion, which was difficult to discern due to the inadequate lighting. Upon stepping outside, the discrepancy became quite noticeable and is unfortunately visible in the photographs. The hairstyling was also unsatisfactory; the front styling did not meet my expectations, and unfortunately, a complete hairstyle change was not feasible due to time constraints, but I asked them to make minor changes. However, when I asked for a picture of the back, it revealed a rather untidy bun. I am uncertain about the value received for the services. The pictures they have shared on their salon page are filtered, so the foundation shade difference is not visible. Check the images I uploaded! This was my final hair look—they just draped a dupatta over it. And look at the color difference between my face and my arms/hands!

a year agoI went to this place to get ready for my wedding. Although my experience was a few years ago, it wasn't pleasant enough for it to leave a good impression. The treatment I received was not satisfactory and I will not recommend the place. Their only concern was to make money, ensuring that a bride to be feels confident is not their priority. The head beautician is pretty unprofessional . A waste of money and time.

2 years agoI had first gone there for my bridal make up in October 2019 and since then i have been visiting them and experiencing excellent services. Everything is fantabulous there (party Make -up, Spa, kera smooth, highlights and all services are good). All staff members are very polite and skillfull. I would like others to go there and experience the best results. The Best in Jammu♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

6 years agoLooks Salon @ Hotel Ritz, Jammu. One of the best place in Jammu if you are looking for a great grooming experience. The Look of Looks Salon, the moment you enter, makes you feel welcome. The ambient atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff very well and professionally trained. All the products, Hair and Makeup and Grooming are top notch. The also have a Spa which is an added advantage. If you are looking for an Overall Grooming or Beauty/Makeup session, Looks Salon @ Hotel Ritz , Jammu is the place.
