I booked a 45-minute head and neck massage and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. • The massage lasted only around 30 minutes, and mainly consisted of oil being gently rubbed into my scalp and shoulders. Mostly avoiding the neck (which is why I was there). • I was seated in a hairdresser’s chair next to someone having their hair done, which is not a relaxing or private environment for a massage. • The therapist did not seem trained — at one point he was folding and pulling my ears in strange ways, and they are still painful hours later. • After the massage, I opted for a hair wash and blow dry just to get the oil out, but I was left with a ridiculous hairstyle rather than a normal finish. The whole experience felt unprofessional and not what was advertised. To be fair, my partner had a deep tissue massage at the same time and said theirs was good, so perhaps quality varies by therapist. Overall, I would not return for a head & neck massage and would not recommend it.

Receptionist parul is awesom . she is very kind and humble. Also sapna ji gives very good service as per customers need . very good excellent service .come and enjoy.
