Hotel royal krishna located in the middle of the katra town which is very near to the vaishno devi base point. Manager Tilak ji is very helpful during the stay and the information given by him was good. Every staff in the hotel are friendly and courteous. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Katra. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the manager (Mr. Harish ) was extremely courteous and helpful. The location is convenient, especially for visiting the Vaishno Devi temple. The food was tasty, and overall the experience was peaceful and pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Katra..

Due to the rise in tourism in this part of the city, hotel rates are generally on the higher side. Nevertheless, our stay at Royal Krishna was quite pleasant. The rooms were spacious enough, with warm sheets and clean surroundings, and hygiene was well maintained throughout. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the comfort of our stay. The restaurant located just below the rooms served good food, though the service was a bit slow. Still, the overall experience was positive, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff is extremely inexperienced and unprofessional. They have no idea how to treat guests and are quite rude in their behavior. The rooms are not worth the price you pay. It’s better to stay at another hotel for the same cost, where you can have a peaceful and enjoyable time with your family.

Situated in the main city and access to all places. Rooms very good maintenance. Restaurant menu are all excellent. Asst Gen Manager Harish shows good hospitality. Especially in the absence of car driver he himself dropped us in the Helipad. Everything good in the hotel . I will recommend for guests and friends
