a month agoGALAXY COMPUTERS has delivered one of the worst service experiences I’ve encountered. Their staff is careless and untrustworthy, showing zero respect for customers. I was charged 2200 rupees for so-called repairs, yet my laptop did not even switch on afterward. Such negligence and lack of accountability show how little they value ethical business. Their attitude is insulting to honest buyers who expect professionalism, not deception. I request @JammuPolice to take serious note of these fraudulent practices and ensure action is taken. People in Jammu deserve better than being cheated under the pretext of computer servicing and repair. Also moreover they didn't gave receipt once they took my laptop

2 years agoDon't ever go to this shop. Once I left my laptop for repair at shop. And they didn't give me any recipt and said don't worry it will be repaired. Then I was out of state for a month or two. And when I returned they refuse to identify me and said you never come to our shop, and never returned my laptop not even without repair.. I am really sorry to say... Karma will make their balance sheet. But I request everybody to ignore this shop .

2 years agoExcellent service. Very much experienced "Neeraj & Deeraj Ji". Polite Behavior dealing. Genuine prices. Shop is in the centre of Jammu city, " Jewel chowk" everyone can reach easily. Customer satisfaction is their main goal.

3 years agoI've had the worst experience ever at this shop. They'll make you regret for getting your laptop repaired from them. Most importantly, they were very arrogant and rude. They won't be accountable for any damage caused to the laptop after they repair it rather they will behave as if it had been like this since forever. Really disappointed with their behaviour.

Goodness is the first thing is to development of business which is present in the owner of this place good. Communication as well as good way of talk which is better and making you a unique one , is present in the owner of this place. Nice place giod location as well
