Got a chance to have a visit at Dell exclusive jammu Gandhinagar ( best buy computers)... My experience here was quite impressive...staff was helpful and polite..

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Best Buy Computer Shop in Gandi Nagar, Jammu. I went there to exchange an HDD casing that was incompatible with my laptop, hoping for a smooth and straightforward process. The exchange process was agonizingly slow, reflecting a complete lack of efficiency. The staff's knowledge about the products they are selling is abysmal. They seem to be under the bizarre impression that all electronics are manufactured in China, showing no understanding of the brands they carry or their origins. Their ignorance is not just frustrating but also insulting to customers who expect at least basic product knowledge from a store specializing in electronics.The customer service was disgraceful. There was no effort to make the process smoother or to provide any useful information. It was clear that the staff is not trained properly, and their lack of professionalism was evident at every step. I will never visit this shop again and will strongly advise my friends and family to steer clear of this disgraceful establishment. It's a waste of time and energy to deal with such a poorly managed store. If you value your time and money, avoid Best Buy Computer Shop at all costs.
