I have visited Soft Innovations a few times for the service of my Dell XPS laptop. They have highly skilled engineers and a dedicated team. They offer a wide range of services, including hardware and software repairs, battery replacements, and more—all at affordable and genuine prices.

Had a laptop within warranty they deny the service told me to leave very bad service

Dell should unlist them from authorised service centre list. These guys have no sense of ownership or customer dealing. They just say what comes to their mouth without thinking of its implications or inconvenience it might cause to someone. I had visited an authorised service centre in some other city for replacement of my laptop screen and since it would have taken a couple of weeks and since I was travelling ,I contacted them and they agreed to replace it and asked me to come with the laptop. When I visited the store they refused to service it. Just imagine the kind of frustration and inconvenience it might have caused carrying it all the way to just them casually disagreeing to what they had said earlier. When confronted the contact person listed on dells carry in service locator website instead of being apologetic asked me not to tell them on how to run a business. This is what he said” tum mujhe sikhaoge dukan kaise chalani hai ” What a delusioned guy. Must say he is not right in the head. Please don’t visit this service Center and save your efforts and energy.
