Customer service is very poor they didn't even ask for a cup of tea or a bottle of water even after buying goods worth more than a lakh rupees Not customer friendly!! However, I’d like to clarify that the “water offered” was not packaged or sealed — it was served in a common glass used for every other customer, which most people would naturally hesitate to drink from, especially considering how common flu and common cold are these days. Also, my feedback wasn’t about expecting tea or coffee, but about the overall lack of basic hospitality. Despite standing and discussing purchases worth over a lakh for several hours, no one acknowledged us or offered even a simple courtesy drink or a seat. I shared this review not out of bitterness, but to highlight that genuine customer care isn’t just about discounts or complimentary items it’s about how the customer is treated throughout the experience. Their service is excellent. They treat their customers very well. As soon as a customer enters, they are asked for water first. I really liked this.
