6 months agoDear readers, Greetings! I visited with my family on 30 May, 2025 and there I meet with the gentlemen who was very polite and humble since beginning. I requested to show us Voltas window AC as per my requirements. He directly brought us inside the shop and exactly showed us the product as per our requirements. I only thought to buy AC but the gentlemen was very down to earth and I also asked to show me voltas stabilizer. Then I also purchased that too. No doubt the stabilizer price was bit high but I purchased it because of his face value. I recommend to everyone to must visit the store for home appliances. Thanks & Regards Er. a year agoWhen they have to sell things. They lure you with attractive attention and deals for products and once it is sold. They misbehaved and didn't listen to you and forgot the things which were said by them while selling the product. This is so ridiculous and rude behaviour with a customer while dealing after selling the product. THEIR CUSTOMER DEALING AFTER SELLING THE PRODUCT IS SO RIDICULOUS 😔 LIKE IT WAS ALL THE FAULT OF THE CUSTOMER WHO VISITED THEIR SHOP FOR PURCHASING PRODUCTS... I suggest not to buy any product from them by trusting their words...

3 years agoShop service is good!! Rates are genuine But Guys Its a request never ever Buy VOLTAS AC . The chances of you getting a good product is very less. By any chance if your AC gets some issues, it will take months to get that fixed. I bought it in March month and unable use it from last 1 month. Just pay more 4-5K to buy LG AC. But never ever buy VOLTAS products.

2 years agoDon't buy anything from Swastik Electronics, these people are fraudsters. I bought Voltas stabilizer from them, it's Rs.1500/- expensive than the price mentioned on the official website of Voltas. Official website mentioned the price Rs.3925/- amazon mentioned the price Rs.3990/- and they charged me Rs.5500/- Please check the price online before buy anything from them.

3 years agoDon't buy anything from Swastik Electronics, these people are thugs. I bought copper stabilizer from them but they give me aluminum stabilizer of worst and unknown company. Inside the shop they told me that ur AC's Compressor has 10 years warranty but actually the compressor has only 5 years warranty. There are many other things they told me inside the shop are wrong.
