Sky Palace – Banquet and caterers In Jammu

WORST PLACE! Initially, staff (Naveen) and Owner (Sahil and his Dad) were friendly during the booking process, but post-booking, the hotel failed to uphold the commitments made, leading to numerous issues. 1. Booked the entire hotel including halls, ground, and rooms for four days, all aspects fell short of expectations. 2. Non-functional elevators throughout our stay, which caused significant inconvenience and they refused to repair by making tons of excuses. 3. In a highly unprofessional move, we were asked to vacate the premises in the middle of our function. 4. Rooms were exceptionally dirty with cockroaches present. Despite repeated requests, adequate cleaning was not provided. 5. There was a noticeable absence of dedicated staff to manage basic hotel operations. 6. Rooms lacked functional locks, resulting in the loss of personal belongings. 7. Lack of a dedicated caretaker for essential services like water and power supply; multiple calls were necessary just to activate these services. It does not deliver on its promises. The lack of basic amenities and proper management made for a highly disappointing stay. I strongly advise potential visitors to consider other accommodations as this place does not meet basic hospitality standards.

Sky Palace provided outstanding catering services for my sister’s wedding. The food was delicious, and the banquet hall was beautifully decorated. Great atmosphere and exceptional staff. Highly recommend for any event!

I had an absolutely terrible experience. Initially, the staff spoke very politely when I was making the booking, but afterward, they completely denied all the commitments they had made. 1. They assured me that the lift would be working, promising to repair it if needed. However, the lift did not work, and they made no effort to arrange for repairs on the day it was necessary. 2. During the booking, we discussed having an outside catering service, and they agreed to this arrangement. However, on the day of the event, they refused to allow outside caterers, forcing us to change the venue at the last minute. 3. Some of their rooms don’t even have functional locks. 4. There isn't a dedicated caretaker for basic tasks like turning on the generator or motor for water and electricity. You have to call them multiple times in the morning just to get these essential services. Please don't be misled by their sweet talk during the booking process. They do not honor the commitments they make.

The only thing they do,fake promises and no execution... No 24/7 water supply, had to remind for breakfast every morning, lift not working all senior citizen were in trouble, very bad quality tea and cleanliness, we were here for wedding for 3 nights 4 days and would never recommend this property for any events of yours... Especially the manager he himself doesn't know half things, poor coordination amongst themselves.
