"We recently hosted our event at Jai Bua Palace and were absolutely delighted with the experience from start to finish. The venue is truly enchanting! Beautiful Ambiance & Space: The banquet hall and lawn areas are spacious, well-maintained, and offer a sophisticated and contemporary atmosphere perfect for both large gatherings and more intimate settings. The decor options (as they permit outside decorators) are flexible, and the in-house team is clearly dedicated to making the venue look spectacular. Exceptional Service: The staff and management are professional, passionate, and hardworking. They paid keen attention to every detail, ensuring our needs were fulfilled and the entire event ran seamlessly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is clearly their topmost priority. Catering Excellence (Jai Bua Palace Caterers): We opted for their catering services and the food was simply awesome. The quality, taste, and variety of the dishes, combined with the professional service, received high praise from all our guests. Location & Convenience: Located conveniently in Roop Nagar, it was easily accessible for our guests, and the provided parking space was a great help

The only reason I am not giving them a zero stars is because it is impossible for now! Absolutely horrible: a) the Owner b) the person who does the billing and the person who runs the show inside the hall. They take you as an idiot, for real. They petrify you, by giving you threats that they will take you to the police station if you did not pay extra. I did one gathering with them last week. The owner, at the time of booking did not mention anything about the A/C charges and when I told him to turn the A/C on, he started shouting at me and told me that I will have to pay extra for A/C. I told him that this was never something we agreed on and if that was the case, he should've told me initially at the time of the booking. Now he is charging me with extra money and is threatening me that he will take us to the police station and high court. I hope the government officials will take a note of this and are responsible to charge this person for criminal intimidation, threatening legal action on this person! PS: That guy pursued the police station and filed a complaint against us. Went to the police station and now the case is resolved on merit and we are finally paying the original amount. I still request people to defy these buggers any extra amount and don't do any function at this place.

Drastic change since I last visited in 2017. Made spacious, good management, well decorated, nice catering service, Parking issue which I faced during my previous visit has been addressed to my satisfaction.

One of the worst ever visited... seriously from snacks to main course I can't suggest to eat even 1 vegetarian dish..... pathetic experience no parking space or management. If you have option of attending 2 reception on same day...skip this one you'll not regret later
