5 months agoI am lucky to have got a personally signed book from Nidhi which has some amazing recipes and also a good background of nutrition and health. I follow a diet plan which she has designed for me but for my cheat I go to her book 🤩the amazing pasta, paneer makhana, overnight raspberry oats are my favourites!! The book is extremely colourful and easy to use!!

5 months agoOne of the best fitness books I have seen till now. These recipes are so tasty and so easy to make. For people looking to try yummy dishes under 400 calories you’ll need to buy this book right away. Love the mix bean salad and the air fried chilli popcorn chicken amongst so many others.

4 months agoReview for Nidhi Gupta’s Fat Loss Cookbook Earlier, I had tried to make Soya Chilli on my own, but no matter what I did, I just couldn’t get the recipe right. It never turned out the way I hoped. But this time, I picked the Soya Chilli recipe from Nidhi Gupta’s Fat Loss Cookbook, and WOW — what a difference! The taste was absolutely fantastic, and to my surprise, my children loved it too. What makes it even more special is that there’s a secret twist in the recipe that truly elevates the dish — something you’d never expect, and yet it works like magic. I’m not going to spoil it here… you really have to try it yourself.

The recipes take very less time to cook yet so yummy. this is a game changer for me as i was so bored of those healthy monotonous meals. I now like switch my meals to healthier once just because of this book..thanks a lot
