I visited Florence Hospital in Kashmir and was disappointed with their service. The doctor did not arrive at the time given to me, which caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience. The overall hospitality and patient care were below expectations. I hope the hospital management improves punctuality and service quality for the better care of patients.

Furthermore, the hospital's hygiene standards were notably deficient, particularly in the restrooms, patient beds, and other essential areas. It appeared that the hospital's priorities were not aligned with patient well-being. Specifically, there were observations regarding the prioritization of financial matters over the immediate needs of patients, even in critical situations requiring urgent admission. I strongly recommend that individuals consider alternative healthcare providers.
