a year agoIt was a great experience for me lost 6 kgs in just 2 months having PCOD. I was try so many diet plan but there is no change in my weight loss then finally I saw her profile on instagram the diet given was very easy to follow with almost full day eating and the best part was home cooking food not fancy diet . 2 years agoIt has been around 2 month for me with Preet fitness class and It has been a very good journey so far with my dietitian Harpreet The best part is easy to cook recipes. I am eating so many veggies in my daily diet that I feel so full and light. Everyday a new meal that you donβt feel bored of anything and I am developing a sustainable diet for long term. My dietitian follows up regularly and keeps me on track with my goals. The diet plans that she gives me are easy to cook and easy to follow. Which is why I have been able to continue with it. Would surely recommend Preet fitness class to others.

4 years agoGreat experience with Harpreet Mam. She is having good knowledge about nutrition and food. Very sweet in nature and awesome diet plans with variety of foods , sometime I was unable to follow the plan , due to my health but she motivate all the time , My target was 75Kg to 64Kg however I lost 7 Kg within 2 months. She helps me a lot . Thanks a lot for everything. Be happy and healthy π
