9 months agoOne of the oldest, cleanest and best gyms in Jammu. The best part being the trainers don't change here every year and they guide you good when asked. I would highly recommend taking PT(personal training) as well which would show you the kind of experience and knowledge all of their trainer's bags. I have lost 2 kgs in a month already and aim to lose 6 more kgs in the next 2 months.

5 months agoThis is the best gym I have joined! The environment is clean and motivating. My trainer Pardeep sir is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He always pushes me to do my best and explains every workout clearly. I feel stronger and healthier day by day. Highly recommend!
