a year agoIn my opinion it's the best Gym of Udhampur... All equipments are there... Well air conditioned, properly spaced, neat & clean. Even Abhishek Sir who is the owner and Trainer of the gym is also very supportive. He gives training to an individual on the basis of that individual's aim & goal... Like I want to give my own example... When I joined I was 108kg and now after 3 months I am 93 Kg... I lost 15 Kg in three months and this dream came true only because of Abhishek Sir.. If you are in Udhampur and dreaming for any kind of physical transformation then for sure you should visit Oxygen Fitness Empire.
