4 months agoYogatvam has now become a part of my family. I am highly obliged to Sh. Sahil Mehra Ji (Yogacharay)who has transformed my life from dull and monotonous to energetic enthusiastic and cheerful. I am also obliged to other Yog teachers and other group members who are very supportive and helpful. At Yogatam they have taught us various Yogic exercises, daily food items to be taken for keeping good health and various sorts of Pranayam which not only refreshes our body and keeps us in good health but also enlightens our body and soul. May Yogatam become a Beacon light in our mission of keeping good heath free from diseases, body flexible with adequate endurance resilience and a pave way to a smooth path for lurking and experience the Almighty God.

4 months agoThis session is the best due to some genuine reasons . First, it is being done every Sunday for free , just to expand the yog tradition , showing no bad intentions of the authorities. They just want to spread yog among everyone., among every household to ensure that people can forever be fit. So , even if one does the basics of yog everyday and focus on their appetite/diet, they can always stay fit and get a long life. So , do try it , may seem hard at first but to get the best possible result / outcome that ones body needs , it is genuinely approved. 😀

a year agoI attended Ashtanga yoga sessions with Gautam sir. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, and a gem of a person. I'm currently in my spiritual journey phase, and he provided me with a solid foundation to begin. His insights truly helped me initiate my spiritual journey, and our conversations enabled me to address most of my questions. He had a massive impact on my journey as a mentor and guru. I wish the team all the best, and yes, I would definitely attend again when I'm in Jammu next time.
