    Heartfulness.....A Heart fully cleaned and filled by 'HIS' LOVE , can flow love towards others. For me , Heartfulness is method of that becoming. To clean Heart(from all impurities) , there is Cleaning method. To fill it with love , there is Meditation(Dhyan). To help others, there is 9 pm Universal Prayer. Prayer for whole universe . Need a TRUE friend, do night time prayer. And to balance energy , we have POLARITY.....which Has Miraculous effects. And to clear any doubt , preceptors are available. So, For Humanity , Heartfulness works on all levels i.e, Physical, Mental and Spiritual levels and much more ..... One thing more, Do FOLLOW for few months and see the change.... Heartfull of LOVE .

    Heartfulness meditation has made me realise the true purpose of life. It gives immense clarity and realisation of reality beyond the scope of logic and reasoning. The motto is to have a true guru( master) in one's life...who can prescribe/guide the correct method to achieve the highest possibility with the collective goal /mission of all is one.
