2 months agoVery disappointed...I took leave and waited the whole day on 1st October because they assured me on 30th September that they would come for repair. In the evening, he called saying my technician is not available, though earlier he had said that he would come himself, if no technician is available nearby , and the distance was not more than 10 to 15 minutes . My whole day was wasted waiting you, If you commit to a service, value the customer’s time. A professional who doesn’t stand by his word is not true to the profession. Remember, a service provider depends on customers, not the other way around — so always be a person of your word. Hope this will never be repeated with any customer again...and think of customer's time as precious as your own ...Thankyou ...
