FYN24 (fyn24.com) operates a set of free AI-powered information assistants for Jammu & Kashmir — covering topics including Vaishno Devi yatra, Kashmir tourism, scholarships, health schemes, career guidance, farmer support, documents, and road/weather conditions.

2. Information We Collect

When you use our AI assistants, we may collect:

• Lead form data — First name, last name, phone number, city, email (optional), and your initial question. This is collected voluntarily when you start a chat session.
• Usage data — Anonymous visit counts, device type (mobile/desktop), browser type, and the bot you visited. We do not collect personal identifiers for analytics.
• Chat messages — Questions you ask the AI are processed to generate answers. Message content is not stored permanently.
• WhatsApp messages — If you message our WhatsApp number, your message is processed to generate an AI reply. We store only aggregate usage data, not individual message history.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your questions with relevant AI-generated answers
• To send you follow-up information about J&K schemes, scholarships, or tourism (only if you opted in)
• To improve our AI assistants and understand usage patterns
• We do not sell your personal data to any third party
• We do not use your data for advertising

4. WhatsApp Messaging

If you interact with our WhatsApp bot, your messages are processed through the Meta WhatsApp Business API and OpenAI's API to generate responses. Meta's own Privacy Policy applies to WhatsApp usage. We do not store your WhatsApp number or message history beyond what is needed to send your reply.

5. Data Storage & Security

Lead data is stored securely on our VPS server in India. We use industry-standard security practices. Data is accessible only to FYN24 administrators.

6. Data Retention

Lead form data is retained for up to 12 months and used only for the purposes described above. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of any follow-up communications at any time

8. Cookies

We use browser localStorage (not cookies) to remember that you have already submitted your details, so we don't ask you again for 30 days. No third-party tracking cookies are used on our AI assistant pages.

Our AI assistants use:
