One thing I liked most about their service. Is that Shahnawaz undertakes the responsibility sincerely to make sure your parcel reaches to the desired destination. He is a reliable person for you to be sure your parcel reaches throughout India anywhere. I had to send mine Parcel to Kolkata West Bengal. Though the logistics company assigned were too busy to answer customer calls. But shahnawaz was always after them raising complaints and tickets to the management. He made sure that the parcel reaches as he promised and packaging was was also been made by him very thoughtfully. And he would listen to your concern every time. Whenever you call him. I would rate him full and recommend others as well to avail his service.

Bad experience! I had to courier documents on urgent basis to Delhi NCR. This person took the documents and promised fast 48 hours delivery. He took Rs 600 just for 2 documents. But instead of 48 hours , it took 7 days for delivery of documents. He denied invoice after paying him online. No accountability !!! Documents did not reach on promised time! I regret ! Please be aware, and trust Standard and Geniune courier companies only!
