They charged almost double Rs5200. for APLA test and other labs are offering 2800 for the same. Charging almost double, don't know why.

Worst lab please do not go here , machines uncaliberated, wrong report staff is pathetic, no manners playing with life of patients for money

I won't recommend SRL at all for Covid 19 PCR - Testing. I received a false positive report even though I am completely healthy and when got tested from another lab it came out negative. I have to cancel my overseas flight and had to incur loss as well. Three words - Don't Go There

Being a doctor They wr rude to me So Worst staff and behaviour Sad on the part of SRL Will definitely reach higher authority First of all Every customer asks for discount And being a doctor it's my right to ask for it too Secondly u r not the only centre we r going for tests I have visited nidan. Swastik gennext jk satwari But their behaviour towards us is good Thirdly it's not about 400 for rtpcr It's about how u talked to a doctor (Attending a doctor) N have guts n share audio not cctv footage Audio will definitely indicate ur behaviour and conversion with doctor or ur customer N lastly see people's comments too Everyone is talking about staff only This totally shows ur standard

No professionalism at all.... although there is a provision for prior appointment for ultrasound but staff doesn't even consider that.......when you are not going to give any preference to proir appointment....then why are you giving this option to people...... I'll tell you my experience...after waiting for so long ....when I said madam I have already taken my appointment two days before for this ultrasound then this staff lady replied very rudely......" Jo subah se aaye hai pehle unka test krenge aap bhi wait kro"...... I mean you should have told then only that aap bhi subah aake baith jao toh shayd dophar tk ho jayega.... upsetting experience
