a year agoBelow par experience. Firstly exorbitant prices for a Spa in Jammu. The service level was average. Worst thing the masseuse was dishonest and provided service for significantly shorter duration than what was bought. No wonder they have you pay in advance for the service. Management acknowledged the shortcoming but no refund provided or effort to correct. Would not go back.
