The owner is extremely attentive and responsible, ensuring that every pet is well taken care of. They allow video calls with your pet even after 5pm, which is a great comfort. The facility is staffed with dedicated caretakers throughout the day, ensuring that no pet is left alone. The level of care and attention provided is outstanding. Every detail is meticulously managed, and the well-being of the pets is clearly a top priority. This pet boarding is undoubtedly the best. The comprehensive facilities and the exceptional staff make it a top-notch choice for anyone looking for quality pet care. I highly recommend it!

I had to travel from Jammu with family to Delhi for 10 days for a marriage but, was worried about the safe and caring place for keeping my pet. Most of the pet boardings are located quite far here , found the Alphapet location was very convenient within city and so, visited the place. The place appeared to be very pet convenient with responsive management with ample garden space for pets to play. Next day, we kept the pet at alphapet. we received timely updates from the management. i recommend this place for any pet owners who need a convenient place for their pet.

Worst experience, i hav never seen such boarding with stringent rules n regulation, no staff stays with ur pet at night, they are all alone, very rude behaviour of mgt, never trust this organisation with ur pet!! It's heart breaking n painful for pet parent , stay aware from such frauds happening around🙏🙏
